Refunds and Returns
If item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days of placing the order and we will arrange for a return or an exchange of the item.Orders that are not damaged or defective may be returned for any reason within 30 days of order placement subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, if order is not damaged or defective, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs involved. If you wish to return an item, please contact us immediately and an Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued to you.Items marked as CLOSEOUT are final and are non-returnable unless the item is damaged or defective.
